Perspecta brings back former SAIC, HPE exec

Perspecta hires two-decade market veteran and former SAIC and HPE executive Orlando Figueredo to help lead business development functions.
Perspecta has hired nearly two-decade government market veteran and former Science Applications International Corp. executive Orlando Figueredo as a vice president of business development.
Figueredo will lead BD activities for Perspecta’s intelligence group and oversee efforts to further develop its pipeline, defend recompetes and pursue new opportunities, the company said Monday.
At SAIC, Figueredo was vice president of operations for that company’s national security group. He also is a former VP of national security both at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise prior to the 2017 transaction between both companies.
Before HPE, Figueredo was a vice president for the intelligence business at the former Hewlett-Packard.
