Maximus appoints new HR chief

Maximus has hired nearly 25-year human resources veteran Michelle Link as chief HR officer in a move that took effect March 30.

Link joins the government services company in a role that was held on an acting basis for seven months by Rebecca Kenawell, senior director and strategic business partner for Maxmius’ global IT organization.

“Rebecca’s leadership during this time has been instrumental in progressing important initiatives across the globe, and I am especially grateful for her management of the company’s response to COVID-19 and supporting operational continuity through our enhanced leave policies,” CEO Bruce Caswell said in a release.

Prior to Maximus, Link was executive vice president of human resources at ADS Inc.
