Geocent's board adds former MacB CEO

Geocent's board of directors elects a new member in Sid Fuchs, who led MacAulay-Brown through its sale two years ago.
Geocent said Tuesday that its board of directors has elected a new member in Sid Fuchs, former CEO of MacAulay-Brown.
Fuchs led MacB through its sale in 2018 to Alion Science and Technology, where he then was chief operating officer until the end of last year.
He is currently on the boards of directors for NT Concepts and Buchanan & Edwards, plus the board of advisers at INADEV.
Based in Greater New Orleans, Geocent and its 247 employees focuses on enterprise technology solutions and aerospace-and-defense engineering for government agencies.
Fuchs is also a former CEO of OAO Technology Solutions, ATS Corp. and TASC.
