Maximus board elects two new members

Maximus' board of directors elects a pair of new members, one of which is returning to the company after a year-long break.
Maximus’ board of directors has elected a pair of new members in Creighton University executive Jan Madsen and longtime insurance broker industry veteran John Haley, CEO of Willis Towers Watson.
This also marks a return of sorts for Haley to the directors’ ranks after he took a nearly year-long break during a “time of board refreshment,” Maximus said a release Monday. Haley was previously on the board from 2002 until last year.
Haley has led Willis Towers Watson as CEO since 2016 and before that was chief executive of Towers Watson & Co. for six years prior to its merger with Willis Group Holdings to create the company he leads today.
Madson is currently executive vice president of operations at Creighton and is also a former chief financial officer of West Corp. Her career also includes financial and operational roles at First Data Corp.
Both new members succeed Russell Beliveau and Paul Lederer as they complete their service on the board.
