KBR's board adds Dugle
KBR's board of directors elects former Engility CEO Lynn Dugle as a new member.
KBR’s board of directors has elected a new member in Lynn Dugle, most recently CEO for Engility Corp.
Dugle will serve on the KBR board’s committees for audit and nominating and corporate governance. Her term took effect on Feb. 24, the company said Friday.
She led Engility through its acquisition by Science Applications International Corp. last year. Prior to that, she was president of Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services -- that defense company’s technology services segment.
Houston-based KBR recently reported $3.9 billion in total revenue with 69 percent of that in its government group. Revenue from contracts with U.S. government agencies represented 53 percent of total sales, according to the company’s annual 10-K regulatory filing.
