Cartwright joins Expression Networks board of advisers

Retired Marine Corps Gen. James “Hoss” Cartwright has joined the board of advisers at defense technology integrator Expression Networks.

Cartwright is a former vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and also was commander of U.S. Strategic Command during his four-decade military career.

Expression Networks in September received backing from Enlightenment Capital, which entered the investment through a program dedicated to venture capital investments in small businesses.
