Cubic grows board of directors

Find opportunities — and win them.

Cubic Corp.'s board of directors adds two new members to become a 10-person panel.

Cubic Corp. said Tuesday that its board of directors has added two new members in health and wellness company FNB Holdings’ founder and CEO Denise Devine, plus former Federal Transit Administrator chief Carolyn Flowers.

Devine also founded and led as CEO the nutritional ingredient provider Nutripharm and held executive roles at Campbell Soup Company.

Flowers was most recently the senior vice president of AECOM’s transit market business for the Americas region. She was acting FTA administrator during the Obama administration and prior to that was CEO for Charlotte, North Carolina’s transit agency.

The now 10-member board of San Diego-based Cubic last year added former Aerospace Industries Association CEO David Melcher as lead independent director.
