Health care tech outfit CNSI names almost two-decade market veteran David Adams as its next chief financial officer.

Health care technology company CNSI said Tuesday it has hired two-decade government market veteran David Adams as chief financial officer.

Adams will lead work to develop the Rockville, Maryland-based contractor’s capital structure in support of its organic growth and companion strategy surrounding acquisitions of other businesses.

Prior to CNSI, Adams held the CFO post at Tribalco and a similar finance chief role at the former QinetiQ North America government services business.

He also is a former finance VP at Science Applications International Corp. and started his career at PwC as manager of audit and business advisory practices.
