Constellis appoints new HR lead
Constellis hires two-decade market veteran Beth Skoletsky to lead its talent and human capital initiatives.
Constellis has appointed nearly two-decade government market and human capital veteran Beth Skoletsky as chief human resources officer.
Skoletsky will lead the development and implementation of strategy, structures and processes with respect to talent, Constellis said in a release Tuesday.
Most recently, Skoletsky was vice president of human resources at Whitney, Bradly & Brown. She also held talent and human capital leadership roles at Engility Corp. and L-3 Communications.
Reston, Virginia-based Constellis has made several senior leadership appointments over the past year since former Leidos and Lockheed Martin executive Tim Reardon joined the security and risk management services company as CEO.
Constellis undertook a reorganization in January that saw several executives take on new and in some cases additional roles. Prior to that, Constellis hired former ASRC Federal Chief Financial Officer Gordon Foster to the same position.
