Siemens federal arm hires new HR lead
Siemens' U.S. federal subsidiary hires former General Dynamics and Fidelis executive Lindsay Weissbratten as chief human resources officer.
Siemens’ U.S. federal arm said Monday that it has hired former General Dynamics executive Lindsay Weissbratten as chief human resources officer.
Weissbratten will lead recruitment and retention strategies with respect to talent and human capital at Siemens Government Technologies -- a subsidiary of the industrial conglomerate.
Reston, Virginia-based SGT is the lead integrator and preferred supplier of Siemens’ products for federal agencies in areas such as energy, health care, infrastructure, electric power and automation.
More recently, Weissbratten led human capital strategy at the Institute for Building Technology & Safety.
She also spent nearly a decade at General Dynamics with responsibility for talent acquisition and programming initiatives.
Weissbratten was also part of the leadership team that stood up Fidelis Cybersecurity Solutions after GD sold that commercial cyber division in 2015 to a private equity firm.
At Fidelis, she was vice president of people and culture with responsibility over staffing leadership and integration strategies.
