Dovel hires former CACI exec

Dovel Technologies said Tuesday it has hired nearly two-decade industry veteran Kelly Demaitre as chief human resources officer.

Demaitre joins the McLean, Virginia-based health IT and life sciences company amid its rapid growth over the last six years from small business to around $200 million in revenue last year, according to Dovel’s announcement.

Private equity firm Macquarie Capital acquired Dovel in May for an undisclosed amount to take the contractor through its next phase of growth.

More recently, Demaitre was a senior vice president of HR at CACI International. Her career also includes HR and talent leadership roles at Federated IT, Exelis and Booz Allen Hamilton.
