Deep Water Point adds veteran intell community exec

Federal market consultancy Deep Water Point said Thursday it has added longtime intelligence community executive Stephen Prosser to the team.

Prior to Deep Water Point, Prosser was assistant director of national intelligence for information and data and became the IC’s lead information sharing and safeguarding executive in addition to his role as the IC’s chief data officer.

In that assistant DNI role, Prosser led efforts across intelligence agencies to protect data but also facilitate sharing of it.

His career also includes director of the National Reconnaissance Office’s infrastructure service provider arm.
