NIH finalizes on-ramp awards for CIO-SP3 8(a)
The National Institutes of Health unveils the final list of on-ramp winners for the CIO-SP3 Small Business contract's 8(a) group
The National Institutes of Health has finalized dozens of companies as winners for the 8(a) portion of the on-ramp on NIH’s $20 billion CIO-SP3 Small Business contract for IT services.
That group of 81 awardees announced in a FedBizOpps notice Thursday joins four other winners whose positions were confirmed in December, the same time when NIH unveiled an additional list of 95 intended winners.

One final step remains for NIH to complete the CIO-SP3 SB on-ramp process in that the agency is still evaluating proposals for the general small business category.
Last summer, NIH finalized awards for the HUBZone and service-disabled, veteran-owned categories.
