Global consultancy grows A&D, government services M&A team
Global financial advisory firm Duff & Phelps expands its aerospace, defense and government services M&A practice with two key hires.
Global financial advisory firm Duff & Phelps has expanded its aerospace, defense and government services merger-and-acquisition practice with the hires of two new managing directors over the first half of this year.
In a release Thursday, Duff & Phelps announced it added as managing directors both Victor Caruso, formerly head of the “ADG” market vertical at private equity firm Blue Wolf Capital Partners; and Peter Bilden, who led a similar practice investment bank BlackArch Partners.
They join a Duff & Phelps ADG leadership team that also includes Steve Moon, a managing director based in Los Angeles; and both Dafydd Evans and Paul Teuten, who are in London.
Caruso also helped lead Blue Wolf’s overall business development efforts and has played a senior role in several investment banking assignments and private equity investments during his two-decade career, according to Duff & Phelps.
At BlackArch, Bilden focused on clients in the defense and government technology services markets. He also is a former managing director for Stone Key Partners and there also focused on defense and government technology services clients.
Bilden has advised on transactions with an aggregate value of at least $20 billion during his investment banking career.
