DLT gets spot on $820M DOD commercial software pact
DLT Solutions is the first announced awardee of a potential $820.4 million blanket purchase agreement to supply commercial software to multiple defense and intelligence agencies.
The Navy has made its first award of a position on a potential $820.4 million blanket purchase agreement for commercial software to support category management and IT asset management functions.
DLT Solutions will compete with three other companies to supply the software to the Defense Department, Coast Guard and intelligence agencies over the BPA’s 10-year ordering period.
Those other three awardees are unknown at this time, but DOD’s Friday awards digest said the Navy received four offers and chose all for awards after a solicitation was issued to 679 vendors.
Software companies whose products are part of the BPA are AppDynamics, Archibus, Cloudbees, Flexera and Polyverse.
- AppDynamics: applications and infrastructure performance monitoring
- Archibus: workplace management
- Cloudbees: continuous delivery of applications
- Flexera: IT asset and cloud management
- Polyverse: cybersecurity and cyber resilience
