TechFlow names Carter president after big win
TechFlow promotes Mark Carter, who recently led the company to win a major federal contract.
TechFlow has added the title of president to Mark Carter, who will continue to work as chief operating officer for the logistics and digital services company.
Carter joined San Diego-based TechFlow as COO in 2016 to manage and lead the company’s pursuits of federal contracts.
Late last year, TechFlow won a head-to-head competition for a potential five-year, $968 million contract to help the Transportation Security Agency maintain explosive detection systems at airports around the country.
CEO Robert Baum previously held the dual title of president and will continue to be chief executive. Prior to TechFlow, Carter held senior executive positions at Leidos and Science Applications International Corp.
