Raytheon's services arm adds NSA vet Shea

Raytheon appoints three-decade National Security Agency veteran Theresa Shea to the leadership team in the company's services business.
Raytheon has hired three-decade National Security Agency veteran Teresa Shea as a vice president within the defense company’s intelligence, information and services business segment.
Shea will lead the IIS segment’s cyber warfare and mission innovations business area that includes programs for both defense and intelligence agencies, Raytheon said Thursday.
That particular business seeks to integrate Raytheon’s Defense Department cyber warfare initiatives with intelligence community cyber mission programs.
More recently, Shea was executive vice president of technology at In-Q-Tel -- the intelligence community venture capital arm that invests in technology startups.
Prior to In-Q-Tel, she spent 32 years at NSA and her service there culminated in a stint as director of signals intelligence.
Shea will report to John DeSimone, vice president of cybersecurity and special missions at Raytheon IIS.
