CNSI brings an IT industry veteran and senior director from their majority investor on board as chief technology officer.
CNSI said Thursday it has brought in a senior director from the health IT contractor’s majority investor onto the executive leadership team.
Harish Nanda has joined CNSI as chief technology officer and will oversee efforts to advance innovation in the company’s offerings for customers.
Nanda is a former senior director with Alvarez & Marshal, the private equity firm that acquired majority ownership of CNSI last year.
CNSI touted his 25 years of experience in IT and professional services areas like software development, program management, strategic planning, outsourcing and organizational change management.
Nanda joins CNSI nearly four months after they appointed technology sector veteran Todd Stottlemyer as CEO.
