Preferred Systems Solutions hires new CFO

Preferred Systems Solutions hires chief financial officer Dan Muse, a former CFO for both FCI Enterprises and Sevatec.
Preferred Systems Solutions said Tuesday it has hired as chief financial Dan Muse, who previously held the same position at FCI Enterprises and before that with Sevatec.
Muse joins the CM Equity Partners-owned contractor nearly two months after it hired former Parsons Corp. executive Randy Morgan as CEO.
Prior to Sevatec, Muse spent a decade as an investment banker with Stifel’s aerospace, defense and government services and advised on more than $3 billion in merger-and-acquisition and capital raising transactions for government contractors.
CM Equity Partners has held PSS since 2007.
