Raytheon hires former Cobham executive Scott Weiner as head of corporate development.
Raytheon said Monday it has hired former Cobham executive Scott Weiner as vice president of corporate development.
Weiner will oversee mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments and strategic alliances or joint ventures.
At Cobham, he was senior vice president of corporate development and led that defense company’s M&A program. Weiner held a similar role at EDO Corp. prior to Cobham.
