Maxar's COO to retire

Find opportunities — and win them.

Maxar Technologies Chief Operations Officer Tim Hascall is retiring from the company.

Maxar Technologies said Tuesday that Chief Operations Officer Tim Hascall will retire from the space company as of Dec. 31.

Hascall led the integration of DigitalGlobe into Maxar since their combination closed in October of last year, upon which he became COO.

He first joined DigitalGlobe in 2011 and held a variety of leadership roles at the satellite imagery provider that included responsibility over business operations, customer experience, profit-and-loss and operations of its constellation.

In conjunction with Hascall’s retirement, Maxar has appointed Jeff Guy as senior vice president of integration and performance to oversee areas such as post-transaction synergies, capital expenditure investments, corporate procurement, real estate and enterprise shared services.

Jeff Robertson is now Maxar’s chief information officer and chief risk officer with authority over all of the company’s enterprise risk management processes and assessments.
