OBXtek promotes HR lead Sharon Harrington to senior VP

OBXtek has promoted Human Resources Vice President Sharon Harrington to the government services contractor’s senior VP ranks.

She will continue to lead Tysons Corner, Virginia-based OBXtek’s overall talent management strategy and tie it to larger organizational development efforts, the company said Thursday.

Harrington joined OBXtek three years ago as vice president of HR and before that held the same position at Circle Solutions Inc. OBXtek says Harrington is a 20-year HR veteran and also was an Air Force officer for four years before she joined the private sector.
