Vectrus hires Boyle as general counsel

Vectrus said Wednesday it has hired two-decade industry veteran Kevin Boyle as senior vice president, chief legal officer and general counsel.

Boyle succeeds Michele Tyler, who will stay with Vectrus as a senior vice president to help with the transition period.

More recently, Boyle was general counsel at Vencore and helped lead that company through the complex three-way merger that closed in June to create Perspecta.

He is also a former general counsel for Alion Science & Technology, MCR and the former Vangent.
