Constellis taps Leidos, Lockheed vet Reardon as next CEO

Constellis has appointed Leidos and Lockheed Martin executive Tim Reardon as its next CEO.

Reardon succeeds the retiring co-founder Jason DeYonker, while fellow co-founder and company President Dean Bosacki will also retire from his position.

Both DeYonker and Bosacki held their respective roles since October 2015 and will continue to advise Constellis on corporate strategy and acquisitions, the company said Wednesday.

More recently, Reardon was president of Leidos' defense and intelligence business for two years. Reardon joined Leidos via its 2016 merger with the former Lockheed Martin IS&GS services business, where he held several executive roles.

Formed in 2010, Constellis is a family of nine companies and its affiliates that provider risk management, humanitarian, social intelligence, training and operational support services to government and commercial customers throughout the world.

The Reston, Virginia-based company acquired Omniplex World Services Corp. last year to add technology and consulting services in the intelligence community.
