Army hands down $499M professional services contract
The Army chooses 14 small businesses for a $499 million professional services contract.
he Army has chosen 14 companies for a potential five-year, $499 million contract to carry out technology-related and other professional services for the service branch.
Forty-seven bids were submitted for the contract that was competed as a small business set-aside, the Defense Department said in its Monday awards digest.
Awardees will compete for work in areas such as project, program and portfolio management; lifecycle logistics; systems engineering; IT, physical security; education and training; business analytics; and financial management.
