Noblis merges NSP subsidiary into parent org

Nonprofit organization Noblis merges its Noblis NSP subsidiary into the parent company to consolidate intelligence and law enforcement-related services.

Nonprofit organization Noblis said Thursday it has merged its Noblis NSP subsidiary into the parent company in order to consolidate services for intelligence and law enforcement agencies.

The move comes nearly four years after Noblis acquired the National Security Partners organization to bolster cybersecurity consulting services in the intelligence community. NSP had operated as a subsidiary of science and technology organization Noblis since that deal closed.

Ellen McCarthy, former president of Noblis NSP, will take the new title of vice president of intelligence and analytics and oversee programs over 14 federal agencies.
