Verodin adds former Air Force CISO Matthews
Cyber services company Verodin adds former Air Force Chief Information Security Officer Earl Matthews as senior vice president and chief strategy officer.
Cybersecurity services company Verodin said Tuesday it has hired former Air Force Chief Information Security Officer Earl Matthews as senior vice president and chief strategy officer.
Matthews joins the McLean, Virginia-based company from DXC Technology, where he was vice president and general manager of enterprise security solutions. He held the same role at the former Hewlett-Packard and later at Hewlett Packard Enterprise after HP split into HPE and HP Inc. in 2015.
The retired lieutenant general then transitioned to DXC in 2017 when that company was formed via the merger of HPE’s former enterprise services business with Computer Sciences Corp.
His nearly three-decade Air Force career included roles such as CISO and director of cyberspace operations, chief information officer at Transportation Command and CIO for Air Mobility Command.
