Engility names CEO Dugle board chair

Engility CEO Lynn Dugle has been elected chairwoman of the contractor's board of directors.
Engility CEO Lynn Dugle has been elected chairwoman of its board of directors, the government services contractor said Thursday.
She succeeds former co-chairs Peter Marino and David Savner, both of whom will continue on the board. Marino was subsequently named lead independent director.
Dugle was named CEO of Chantilly, Virginia-based Engility in March 2016, approximately one year after she joined the board. Prior to her board appointment she led Raytheon’s government services division.
