Soloway's Celero acquires market research firm CGR

Former PSC CEO Stan Soloway's Celero Strategies purchases market research firm CGR Associates and brings the latter's CEO into the leadership fold.
Celero Strategies, the government contractor consulting firm led by former Professional Services Council CEO Stan Soloway, has acquired market research firm CGR Associates.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed and former CGR CEO Kevin Frankovich is now Celero’s senior vice president of research, Celero said Monday.
Soloway founded Celero in 2016 after his 15-year tenure as PSC ‘s leader to help both existing contractors and new market entrants pursue federal business and navigate a constantly evolving sector.
Washington, D.C.-based CGR offers clients services in market research, strategic planning, acquisition search, and program and budget analysis.
