ICF adds Sholtis as cyber services lead

ICF has hired former CSRA defense cyber program leader and nearly 10-year sector veteran Jonathan Sholtis as senior vice president of cybersecurity services.

Sholtis will lead efforts to grow ICF’s work in cybersecurity and identity management for public and private sector customers, the company told Washington Technology in a statement Friday. He will report to Randy James, who joined ICF in July of last year to lead its cybersecurity and resilience business.

Fairfax, Virginia-based ICF said Sholtis brings to the company experience in cyber operations, threat intelligence and reporting, incident analysis, computer forensics and investigations, tool test-and-evaluation, and endpoint security services for Defense Department and other national security agencies.

At CSRA, Sholtis led its cyber training program for both clients and internal employees. Earlier in his career, Sholts was an information warfare officer in the Navy and specialized in signals intelligence and cyber threat intelligence.
