Unisys elects former AF Secretary James to board

Unisys Corp. has elected former Air Force Secretary Deborah Lee James to its board of directors, the technology services company said Monday.

James joined the board of directors at Textron in July, nearly five months after she completed her four-year term as Air Force secretary.

The three-decade defense sector veteran held executive roles at Science Applications International Corp. for 11 years prior to the secretary appointment.

She is also a former assistant defense secretary for reserve affairs, among other government services roles.
