Booz Allen wins potential $140M Air Force business process support contract

Booz Allen has won a potential five-year, $140 million contract to help the Air Force update its business processes and carry out change management projects.

The Air Force received seven bids for the contract to support its deputy chief management officer in the effort that also includes shared interest from the rest of the Defense Department.

Each business transformation project under the contract will have a senior Air Force leader as a sponsor and endorsement from the DCMO, according to DoD.

Booz Allen was the incumbent for the work, holding the predecessor advisory and assistance services contract, Deltek data says. The new contract runs through July 17, 2022. Work will take place in McLean, Va.

The new contract calls for industry support in new methods to develop and run strategies for enterprise strategic alignment, deployment, organizational change management, project management, process modeling, data capture and subject matter knowledge on best practices.
