Harris, Vectrus vet Moline to lead PAE AOC unmanned JV

Find opportunities — and win them.

Harris and Vectrus veteran Rene "Chico" Moline takes up the role of president for a PAE-AOC unmanned joint venture.

Former Harris Corp. and Vectrus executive Rene "Chico" Moline has been appointed president for a joint venture of PAE and American Operations Corp. focused on unmanned aerial systems.

PAE ISR LLC acts as a lead systems integrator and full service provider in UAS and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance programs for customers in the U.S. government, NATO and other international organizations.

Moline departed Vectrus on June 2 after almost two years at the Colorado Springs-based government services contractor, according to regulatory filings. His most recent role at Vectrus was senior vice president and general manager of the IT and network communication service line.

Prior to Vectrus, Moline led the former Harris Corp. IT services division as its VP and GM. He first joined Harris in 2008 upon the radio maker's acquisition of IT contractor Multimax Corp., where he held executive roles.

The PAE ISR LLC venture partnered with Boeing to develop the Resolute Eagle UAS, which completed a flight test in January at White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico.

Resolute Eagle is designed to offer users satellite communications with high-definition, full-motion video and other sensor data.
