Accenture wins SEC ServiceNow cloud project

Accenture’s federal business has won a five-year blanket purchase agreement to lead the development of a delivery and support structure for the Securities and Exchange Commission to use ServiceNow’s cloud-based workflow and automation system.

Accenture Federal Services will team with Kensington, Md.-based management and technology services contractor Bravium Consulting to build the structure in an effort to help the SEC adopt end-to-end enterprise automation services via the ServiceNow platform.

The SEC uses ServiceNow to manage technology infrastructures that support work to monitor U.S. financial markets. AFS will help the agency implement new business processes and customer relationship management functions related to ServiceNow.

Contractor services will also include governance in areas such as project evaluation, new guidelines and best practices for application design and implementation.
