PSC brings on DoD, Hill vet as senior adviser
The Professional Services Council adds Pentagon and Capitol Hill veteran Bill Greenwalt to the trade group's ranks as a senior adviser.
The Professional Services Council has appointed former Senate Armed Services Committee staffer and Defense Department official Bill Greenwalt as senior adviser for research and defense at the government contractor trade association.
At the PSC, Greenwalt will help lead research under the PSC Foundation and contribute to the group’s advocacy and education activities in government contracting, defense and national security issues.
Greenwalt is a former deputy defense undersecretary for industrial policy and his career also includes time as vice president for acquisition policy at the Aerospace Industries Association and visiting fellow at the American Enterprise Institute.
Other prior roles include federal acquisition policy director at Lockheed Martin, deputy director for surveys and investigations for the House Appropriations Committee and other staff positions for the Senate and Government Accountability Office.
