Northrop Grumman taps new VP, Human Resources
Northrop Grumman has named Anthony Brown vice president, Human Resources for the Enterprise and Shared Services business unit.
Northrop Grumman has named Anthony Brown vice president of human resources for the Enterprise and Shared Services business unit.
As vice president, Brown will report to Denise Peppard, corporate vice president and chief human resources officer, and will be responsible for overall human resources leadership in support of all corporate office and ESS organizations.
Brown will additionally lead the companywide Talent Capture and Redeployment Center of Excellence, which helps Northrop Grumman to attract, retain and hire top talent while meeting the company's business objectives and strategic plans, Northrop Grumman said in a release
He joins the company from Clark Construction, where he served as vice president of human resources. Before that, he was vice president of human resources for the PulteGroup.
Brown holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the College of William and Mary, and has completed the University of Michigan’s executive human resources program.
