Northrop taps new VP of navigation, positioning systems unit
Northrop Grumman has named Robert Mehltretter vice president of the company’s Navigation and Positioning Systems business unit, where he will have executive responsibility for all domestic and international programs within the unit.
Northrop Grumman has named Robert Mehltretter vice president of the company’s Navigation and Positioning Systems business unit, where he will have executive responsibility for all domestic and international programs within the unit.
Mehltretter joined Northrop Grumman in 1982. Since then, he has held a number of technical and program leadership positions.
He was most recently program director for the Exoatmospheric Kill Vehicle missile defense program.
Mehltretter holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from California State Polytechnic University and an MBA from Claremont Graduate University.
