Northrop Grumman names new VP of contracts, pricing and supply chain
Karen A. Williams to replace Susan L. Cote as Northrop Grumman's vice president of contracts.
Northop Grumman Corp. has appointed Karen A. Williams to the position of vice president, contracts, pricing and supply chain.
She will replace Susan L. Cote, who is planning on retiring from the company.
Williams was previously the vice president and general manager of the defense technologies division in the company’s information systems sector.
She will work with government regulators concerning all contract and pricing matters, government regulatory policy and oversight; additionally, she will develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes.
She will also be responsible for the company’s risk review process, and will provide companywide policy, direction, training and oversight of contracts and pricing, the company said.
Williams holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware, and a master’s degree in procurement and acquisition management from American University’s Kogod School of Business.
She is the founding sponsor of the company’s Women in Leadership program, which promotes the professional growth of women professionals. She also serves on Northrop Grumman’s Corporate Diversity and Inclusion circuit.
