CGI wins GSA accounts receivable work
Company will use its financial management software to upgrade GSA's billing system.
CGI Federal will help the General Services Administration update its billing and accounts receivable system under a $46 million contract.
The Fairfax, Va., company will create new accounting modules using its Momentum Financials software, CGI said in an announcement.
GSA wants standard accounting processes as well as the ability to comply with Financial Systems Integration Office standards, the Federal Information Security Management Act, Federal Financial Management Improvement Act, Financial Management Enterprise Architecture and other federal rules and regulations, the company said.
The work will support GSA’s position as a Financial Management Line of Business.
CGI Group Inc. is ranked No. 73 on Washington Technology’s 2008 Top 100 list of the largest government contractors.
