The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center in Charleston, S.C., wants to gather information from the contracting community for a potential large-scale information assurance solicitation.
Contractors interested in the opportunity should respond by Feb. 27. The client will use the information gathered through a "sources sought notice" issued Feb. 12 to plan a solicitation that may be worth as much as $249 million over five years.
The work includes development and installation of information systems and related information assurance support, such as engineering, guidance, risk mitigation, testing and evaluation and certification.
Contractors interested the opportunity must have secret clearance, as well as secret facility clearance, and the capability to store classified material. The NAICS code is 541330 and the size standard is $25 million.
