The network features secure, multimedia intelligence communications worldwide for voice, text, graphics, data and video teleconferencing.The contractor would furnish network and systems administration services for PCs and servers on two classified LANs and one unclassified LAN.The contractor must install, upgrade and configure Cisco Systems Inc. switches and Unix systems hardware and software used for secure communication links that support network connectivity, file, Web and e-mail access.Responses are due by May 19. The solution must integrate with other DHS and non-DHS services. The IRS is managing the contract for DHS.The solution must automate processes and business requirements for workforce planning, requisitioning, candidate acquisition, applicant tracking and reporting and analytics.It also must create a single portal for all job applicants, reduce or eliminate paper-based systems and cut hiring and recruitment costs.The contract is for one year with four one-year options.
