The vendor's services must include local access for commercial subscriber lines, digital access trunks, local exchange digital trunks, transport channels, off-premise extensions, foreign exchange trunks and number portability.The proposed contract is for one year with four one-year options. Responses are due by Nov. 30. The software must be Web-based and use a database management system for storing data. It also must allow data to be entered either by typing or importing text files, and must offer read-only views of data at all levels.The system must have an option to view survey data as graphs, charts or in tabular format. It must be compatible with Air Force computer systems and comply with Defense Department and Air Force policies.Responses are due by Nov. 30.
