The software must be Web-based and use a database management system for storing data. It also must allow data to be entered either by typing or importing text files, and must offer read-only views of data at all levels.The system must have an option to view survey data as graphs, charts or in tabular format. It must be compatible with Air Force computer systems and comply with Defense Department and Air Force policies.Responses are due by Nov. 30.
