It provides cost-effective information management technologies that support health care for Navy personnel and their families worldwide.The Navy expects to award a one-year, fixed-price contract. Responses to the request for proposals are due by Sept. 30. The system will integrate government and off-the-shelf technologies and government-furnished equipment into a cohesive, modular network.The systems and equipment acquired will allow for the seamless evolution into the future Warfighter Information Network-Tactical system architecture, known as WIN-T. All systems bought under the proposed contract must be interoperable with JNN-N systems that have been or are being fielded.The Army will award one indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for five years and one five-year option period.
