E-Gov, a Reston, Va., producer of electronic government events, has issued a call for papers for its "E-Learning: Investing in the Digital Workforce" conference, to be held Sept. 12 and 13 in Washington.
The conference will address how government and industry partners will define policies, requirements, processes and solutions for the development and implementation of e-learning in federal, state, local and municipal government.
Organizers want to include presentations that discuss e-learning case studies, requirements or course content; techniques for implementing e-learning in government; the costs and risks of e-learning; how people learn and how e-learning can improve results; and the future of e-learning.
