Find opportunities — and win them.

The 10-year-old satellite operator is pushing to increase its footprint across defense and intelligence agencies.

HawkEye 360 has hired a new president for its U.S. government business in Todd Probert, who joins the space data and analytics provider after 15 years in executive roles at CACI International and Raytheon.

Probert will lead HawkEye 360’s work with defense and intelligence agencies, to whom the company provides radio frequency sensing technologies and related solutions. HawkEye 360 said Thursday that Probert joins to lead its push for expansion across that national security customer set.

Most recently, Probert worked at CACI International for five years as president of the national security and innovative solutions business unit. That team worked on programs in software modernization and multi-domain operational systems.

He held senior leadership roles at Raytheon prior to CACI including as vice president of command and control, space and intelligence.

The latter position involved integrations of artificial intelligence and commercial software methodologies into national security systems, along with the formation of key partnerships with commercial tech companies including those in Silicon Valley.

HawkEye 360 opened for business in 2015 and operates a satellite constellation that works to identify and geolocate radio frequency data for users. Space Force and the National Reconnaissance Office are among the company's federal customers.
