Lentech hires Dillahay as chief executive
The IT services and consulting company also promotes a new chief financial officer as its founder Andrew Gallegos will focus on his executive chairman responsibilities.
Lentech has hired a new chief executive in Paul Dillahay, a 36-year federal market veteran and formerly CEO of Empower AI from 2016 to 2023.
Dillahay started the new role on Jan. 1 and joins Lentech to lead its push for expansion across the space, intelligence and civilian domains. Lentech said Monday that Dillahay succeeds Andrew Gallegos, who founded the IT services and consulting company in 2001.
Gallegos will continue on as executive chairman of the board of directors. He previously held the dual titles of CEO and chief financial officer, the latter of which Stefany Herbert has been promoted to from her former role as vice president of corporate operations.
Dillahay led Empower AI through its sale to H.I.G. Capital in 2017 when the company was known as NCI. The current Empower AI branding and identity launched in 2022.
Lentech landed at position No. 39 on our 2024 Fast 50 rankings of the government market’s fastest-growing small businesses. The company employs close to 130 people and reported 2023 revenue of $47.2 million for the rankings.
Gregg Einfalt will remain in his role as president for Lentech.
