Alpha Omega acquires a pair
The nine-year-old company using these additions to grow its national security division and stand up a new health vertical.
Alpha Omega has acquired a pair of IT services providers in moves aimed at further building out the buyer’s presence in defense and health programs.
Macro Solutions expands Alpha Omega’s national security division, while SeKON becomes the building block for a new health domain vertical. Terms of the transactions announced Thursday were not disclosed.
Founded in 2016 by CEO Gautam Ijoor, Alpha Omega became a $140 million-annual revenue IT solutions provider over seven years with footprints in areas such as national security and foreign affairs.
Vienna, Virginia-headquartered Alpha Omega also describes science, climate change, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and digital modernization as core work areas.
Macro Solutions’ customer base includes the Army, Navy, Air Force, and departments of Homeland Security and State. SeKON touts its clients as encompassing the Defense Health Agency, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Institutes of Health and Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
By adding Macro Solutions, Alpha Omega is gaining team with experience in implementing Workday and Oracle Cloud for enterprise resource planning and human capital management functions at agencies.
