Tammer Olibah most recently led Hexagon's U.S. government subsidiary and joins IDS one year after it was acquired by Arlington Capital Partners.

Integrated Data Services, a provider of business management software and related services to federal agencies, has hired two-decade market veteran Tammer Olibah as its new chief executive.

Olibah joins IDS after six years as CEO of Hexagon US Federal, a subsidiary of the Sweden-headquartered industrial technology company. IDS said Tuesday that Olibah succeeds co-founder and former CEO James Truhe, who started the company in 1997 and will remain on the board of directors.

This transition takes place one year after IDS was acquired by Arlington Capital Partners, a private equity firm specializing in the government market and highly-regulated industries.

Prior to Hexagon US Federal, Olibah was part of the executive team in charge of Booz Allen Hamilton’s IT and cybersecurity business.

IDS designs its flagship Comprehensive Cost and Requirement offering and others to help agencies automate their financial and program management functions.
