This is VTG's second buy in as many months and since its new private equity owner came on board.

VTG has acquired Clear Cloud in a move aimed at further strengthening the buyer's digital transformation capabilities and business with the intelligence community.

Terms of the transaction announced Monday were not disclosed. Clear Cloud provides software, cloud and data engineering solutions to intelligence agencies.

“The acquisition of Clear Cloud enables VTG to address emerging challenges to national security and highlights our commitment to investing in the software-oriented capabilities and expertise our intelligence community customers need most,” said John Hassoun, VTG’s president and CEO.

This is VTG’s second acquisition since it was purchased by Alvarez & Marshal Capital Partners in September. VTG's first buy with A&M's backing centered on Vana Solutions, also a provider of digital transformation solutions.

Clear Cloud was formed in 2018 to develop cloud solutions for national security customers.
