Blue Delta Capital Partners, a venture investment firm focused on the federal market, has further built out its advisory board of government and industry veterans with three new members.

The additions of Tish Long, Lisa Disbrow and Anne Altman expand the group to having nine people.

Long is a former director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and a member of boards of directors at several companies, including Blue Delta-backed AIS. She led NGA from 2010 to 2014 and holds the distinction of being the first woman to serve as director of a major U.S. intelligence agency.

Disbrow served as undersecretary of the Air Force from 2016 to 2017 and as its acting secretary until Heather Wilson assumed the office in May 2017.

Altman spent 34 years at IBM and held various leadership positions in Big Blue's government business during her career there. She is on the board for Blue Delta-backed Gunnison Consulting.
